I’m Courtney. I delight in the fullness of life, the shadow and the light, the play, the mystery. I love to explore the ebbs and flows of consciousness. I love being vulnerable and surrendering to this dance.
I offer in person & online sessions, retreats, courses, full day immersions, ceremonies and workshops. I see people in person on my land in the Slocan Valley. I also offer online sessions.
I am a registered Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work.
I am blessed to live and offer service on Unceded Sinixt Territory. May the healing that happens on this land lead to reconciliation and remembering.

~ I have over 10 years of training in somatic therapy~ working with the nervous system and neuroplasticity~ I specialize in helping anchor our beings into our bodies so we are grounded into and an expression of life. I specialize in working with trauma.
~ I am a relational therapist- relationship is a foundation of life and how we are connected to the world around us both seen & unseen. To really embody relationship is a journey, one that requires slowing down, patience, presence.
~ I work with developmental trauma, ptsd and pre and perinatal trauma~ to be fully integrated humans we need both to develop spiritually and biologically/ psychologically. I love bridging these.
~ I support integrating higher consciousness and evolution through creating new neural pathways and re-patterning DNA.
~ I work with the morphogenic field- tuning in to the collective field of energy that is all around us to support individual, generational and collective healing.
~ I support people to come into flow with life and the divine.
~ I use ceremony, ritual, sound, song and energy practices to bring in support and to hold you in your process.
~ I am here to support in the awakening and transition of beings into this new earth~ it’s a time of trust, surrender, expansion and heart.

I am gifted in creating new ways, new pathways, new stories, new templates for the collective consciousness of the planet. I love allowing spirit to guide me and the people I work with into new creative expressions of life & spirit in form. I support people in bringing their work into the new crystalline energy field of the earth so that their healing and relational growth can unfold with more harmony, coherence & grace.
I also love to hold space for deep rooted change; to meet you in the sticky, shadowy parts that are hard to hold, hard to be with, hard to love, those parts that you haven’t known what to do with…. I love to meet people in their shadows, and in that place to meet it with presence, embodiment, relationship, & compassion, meeting it with light so it can heal on all levels including in your body. This is rooted change. Where you don’t have to manage or cope, you actually have your life energy available to you to thrive……
